Eagles, bluebonnets & a Duck Whisperer–spring is about to sprong!
THE RAINS HAVE come thundering back, and after the worst two-year drought in history, we are ready . . .
Lightning at 4 a.m. Friday . . .
and with the rains came bluebonnets . . .
. . . and the eagles are grown and nearly ready to leave . . .
and after they puffed, fluffed and dried . . . they flew . . .
and Chap is a duck whisperer, apparently . . . and the ducks showed up again this morning looking for breakfast, but Chap had already left for the day . . .
Apparently I’m a pale substitute for Chap. But that’s okay . . .
and they ate breakfast on the porch. And left.
at least I'm still a dog whisperer . . . or a Bodhi whisperer, anyway . . .
